???????? Moldova | Best of Chisinau Soviet Architecture and Design: Chisinau, the capital of Moldova, is a true soviet architecture gem! You can find so many different styles like Socialist realism, Soviet Modernism, Postmodernism and Soviet Brutalism at one place with most buildings are still in their original appearance. Moldova is considered a country without blockbuster sights and thats way it’s the least visited country in Europe and even one of the least visited countries in the world regarding visitors per capita. However it’s my second time there and I have to say, in winter this city unfolds its true soviet architecture appearance. My fav buildings are the circus, the Moldtelecom and the Romanita tower. I hope you can feel the vibe and convinced you of traveling to Moldova at some point.
