While our time at Cricova may have come to an end, The Hidden Piece: Moldova is only just beginning. Our next stop takes us to the beautiful Butuceni Village, where we step away from the underground wine cities and into the heart of traditional Moldovan life.

Here, we experience Moldova through its people, culture, and cuisine. From delicious local delicacies to a familiar staple that immediately reminded us of Kenyan ugali, we were reminded that despite the thousands of kilometres between our countries, we often have far more in common than we realise. The warmth, hospitality, and genuine kindness of the people made every moment special. Along the way, we also had the pleasure of meeting talented Moldovan musician Violeta Botezatu, whose passion and artistry added yet another layer to our growing appreciation of this remarkable country.

As this CTA Brand Stories journey continues, one thing is becoming increasingly clear: Moldova is not just a place to visit. It's a place to connect, learn, and discover just how much unites us across cultures and continents.
