The cellar is located in an old limestone mine and stretches for about 150 miles. It contains around two million bottles of wine and is kept at a consistent temperature of mid-50s Fahrenheit and high humidity. The cellar's steady climate allows the wine to age perfectly and helps create some of the world's most expensive aged wines
