A GoldNutrition esteve presente no Algarve Cross Training Summer Week, evento que já vai na sua 5ª edição e onde nós temos marcado presença desde o seu início! Decorreu no Hotel Vila Galé de Lagos entre 26 e 30 de Junho.

Um evento único e memorável para todos os fãs e entusiastas de Crossfit, o Algarve Cross Training Summer Week é provavelmente um dos melhores summer crossfit training camps da Europa! A atmosfera criada é única, transformando esta competição numa espécie de férias de luxo com a presença de vários conceituados atletas e treinadores de elite do Crossfit Nacional, que diariamente planificam e ministram os treinos de grupo na espectacular Arena de treino montada numa específica área do hotel.

GoldNutrition was present at the Algarve Cross Training Summer Week, an event that is already in its 5th edition and where we have been present since the beginning! It took place at the Vila Galé Hotel in Lagos from June 26 to 30, 2019.

A unique and memorable event for all Crossfit enthusiasts, the Algarve Cross Training Summer Week is probably one of the best summer crossfit training camps in Europe! The atmosphere created is unique, turning this competition into a kind of luxury vacation with the presence of several prestigious athletes and elite coaches of the National Crossfit World, who in a daily basis planned all WOD´s and activities in the spectacular training Arena set up in a specific area of the hotel .
