PT// Tavira distribui-se pelas duas margens do rio Gilão, num intrincado de ruas estreitas e casas brancas que apetece percorrer sem pressas. Do alto podemos contemplar os telhados ondulantes, as cúpulas das igrejas, o rio e as salinas, até à linha azul do mar que é o seu limite no horizonte.

From the top we can contemplate the undulating roofs, the domes of the churches, the river and the salt flats, up to the blue line of the sea that is its limit on the horizon.
