Amoreira Beach is in my opinion one of the best beach for Families in all Algarve region. In this Vlog I will show you one of the best summer days I had with my family in the Summer of 2019. Amoreira beach, or Praia in Portuguese, is located in the area of Aljezur, and near Costa Vicentina.
In this video I give you some tips how to arrive there and what way to choose.
This beach is probably one of the best kept secrets in the region and one of my favorite beaches.
The place can be divided in 2 areas, you have the beautiful beach in front of Atlantic ocean, with a big sandy area, stunning views, but really cold water and a little windy, and you also have the river part where I stayed the most of my day.
The river side is incredible for families and children. You need to be careful with the strong currents but you also can let the children play in the lagoons. I will show you all of that on my vlog.
If you visit the place I'm confident you will have one of the best days from your holidays in Algarve.
