Armação de Pêra[1] is a parish in the Portuguese municipality of Silves in the Algarve. It has an area of ​​9.15 km² and 6003 inhabitants (2021 census)[2], with a population density of 656.1 inhabitants/km².

Armação de Pêra is a very popular village in summer, having a population several times higher than its population in winter during the bathing season. It is a fishing and tourist area.

During the bathing season between June and September, Armação is filled with day and night entertainment. During the day you can enjoy the sport that exists on the fishermen's beach, volleyball. On the beach, during the day, you can also visit the caves with some fishermen who dedicate themselves to this activity in summer, while others dedicate themselves to fishing throughout the year. During the night, the street of bars and the avenue become busy places from 8 pm to midnight.

The religious festivities in this village take place on the second Sunday in August with the feast of Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes and on the third Sunday in September with that of Nossa Senhora dos Aflitos.
