As iHERITAGE partners, UAlg is enthusiastic about the promotion and registration of the Mediterranean Diet as an intangible cultural heritage, recognized by the UNESCO in 2013, in order to rescue and safeguard traditions, instruments, cultural artefacts, and practices by utilizing novel innovative tools and technical instruments. ????
