Iceland is and has been trying to change its constitution. Citizens Foundation in partnership with the University of Iceland and the Icelandic government ran a multi-approach participatory process that started in 2019. Crowdsourcing, deliberative poll (a type of citizen assembly), regular survey, social media, and an educational game were all different approaches used.
