O Mês de Junho, para além do Sol e das Praias no Algarve, é também o mês das marchas populares um pouco por todo o País com destaque, no Algarve para várias Localidades que nesta altura juntam os foliões, preparam as vestimentas e alegram as tardes / noite de verão, com cor, alegria, ritmo, folia e tradição.

Uma das localidades que, mais tradição têm nesta vertente em particular é Bordeira, na freguesia de Sta Bárbara de Nexe, no Concelho de Faro.

Estivemos no Centro de Atividades ao Ar Livre D. Leonor, centro este, propriedade da Sociedade Recreativa Bordeirense, nesta mesma localidade e trazemos-lhe hoje a Marcha de Bordeira, subordinada ao tema: Ria Formosa.
