A HUGE surprise...a follower of my channel spotted me and said hello. She explained that my videos helped her explore our preserves and even my favorite cafe!!! This is why we “visual storytellers” do this! Amazing reward (thank you so much). Big hugs to you all...and a shout out to her hometown of Chicago. The city feels like a big hug!

Mall today in Loule was still shut down except a few stores and my dentist.

I had a dentist appointment and was hoping to grab a quick coffee with a friend but a big no-go at the mall.

Back home in Vila Real de Santo António, our cafes were open and it was a perfect day to enjoy a snack outdoors again.

Hopefully, we will open more and more and then I can see you here on this side of the pond.
