Having ridden here a couple of times previously, I was gaining far too much confidence and sadly on this occasion I took things a little too far. A 100km loop soon ended after only around 30km where I had yet another crash, but this time I damaged my wrist which turned out to be 2 broken fingers, the tip of my thumb and my wrist. The ride back to the start was excruciating to say the least. That said, I'm almost fully recovered and keen to get back on the bike to attempt the 100km loop again.
