Living here in Uppsala, Sweden for two years now, I never got to see the city blanketed in snow. Last year was way too warm for that. These videos were taken over two different days in January 2021 and they prominently feature Uppsala Castle, Uppsala Cathedral, and the Linneanum Botanical Garden. This is pretty much the center of Uppsala and where all the main sights are. I have aspirations to move to Stockholm at some point in the next few years, but until then I will enjoy my time in this very charming city.

As for the drone regulations: to fly in Sweden, one must have registered within their home European country and passed an exam in the A1/A3 drone category. This particular area of Uppsala is close to Uppsala hospital, therefore one must seek approval from the helipad before flying here. As always, drone rules such as maintaining visual line of sight, flying no more than 120 meters in altitude, and never flying over crowds must always be adhered to.
