In this episode we are catching some great baltic sea trout on the southern coast of sweden. We took the ferry from the german island of Rügen to Trelleborg to go winter fishing for big baltic seatrout. We are spin fishing and fly fishing the baltic sea but due to very stormy conditions its not always possible to fish with the fly.

The pressure level is very high because we did not catch a single sea trout on last years fishing trip. Most of the time we use spoons, stickbaits and wobblers to lure these silvver fish. Finally our long journey was rewarded with a great big sea trout! After catching this big baltic sea trout we cleaned it and prepared an epic Poke Bowl the next day. We let the fish rest for 24 hours in the fridge and then we turned it into an epic feast. So enjoy this delicious silver catch and cook! Catching trout does not get any better than this. :-D
