I am originally from Colombia, but I am also a Swedish. I recently got my PhD in Computer Science at Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden and my research area is financial fraud detection and simulation.
I recently started at NTNU at the digital forensics lab in Gjøvik as a post-doctoral researcher and I feel very engaged here. Since I hear of DION as an organization that aims to work for the better of temporal employees I decided to be part of it not only as a member but to contribute with my ideas from the Board. I was an active member of the biggest student organization in the world called AIESEC in Colombia and Sweden and with them I learned a lot on how each of us can play an important role a significantly enough to impact our society.
One of my top priorities at the Board of DION will be to work for the integration of our different locations at NTNU. Communication is one of the key points to work better. I am planning to stablish a local group in Gjøvik that connects and interact to Tronheim and Ålesund.
