The US and Russian foreign ministers met in Iceland earlier this week at the 12th Ministerial meeting of the Arctic Council at Harpa Concert Hall. There, they discussed the Arctic as well as the upcoming meeting between Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin.
In this episode, Valur Grettisson and Bjartmar Alexandersson met up with Valur Gunnarsson, who recently published a book on the history of communications between Russia and the Ukraine, to speak about the issue.
