President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, received a demonstration of various U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army tactical equipment during his visit at 129 Rescue Wing, Moffett Air National Guard Base, Moffett Field, Calif., Sept. 2, 2021. President Zelenskyy was greeted by Eleni Kounalakis, Lt. Governor of California, and Major General David Baldwin, The Adjutant General of California. The California and Ukraine State Partnership Program was established in 1993 through the U.S. Department of Defense as a means to develop and strengthen the strategic partnership between the United States and Ukraine.
