Gdansk is a city on the Baltic coast of northern Poland. It is Poland's principal seaport and the centre of the country's fourth-largest metropolitan area. It's also where WW2 started - so a pretty significant place! I decided to go pay it a visit for a Long Weekend. I flew over to celebrate not only one birthday but two birthdays with two very good mates. Would this weekend of excess also include culture and history - I tried my best - this is some of what I saw and found.
