In today's video we visit with Ms. Greene, an American Expat currently calling Antalya Turkey home. The city of Antalya is a bustling beach city of 2,500,000, which is a popular tourist destination, as well as a year round favorite Expat location. Ms. Greene lives in the Antalya suburb city of Konyaalti that offers a great quality of life, which also includes a beach and promenade. The average US Retiree on Social Security receives $1,550 a month, and a couple on Social Security receives over $2,500 a month. Ms. Greene spends around $800.00 a month. A US Expat living on Social Security can expect a great standard of living in Turkey when compared to the living costs in the US.
