Leaders of Egypt, Jordan and Palestine are set to hold a summit in Cairo on Thursday ahead of President Mahmoud Abbas' address to the United Nations later this month.

The summit follows less than a week after US President Joe Biden met with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, and reaffirmed his commitment to a two-state solution.
