After Dani saw my parents swimming in Baltic Sea in December - WINTER, he got inspired and decided to do the same on the first day of New Year and this is also how I was driven into this crazy idea AND… this is why now you can enjoy this video. It is not only about Dani’s experience of taking a winter bath for the first time in his life. This video has also some useful information for those of you who want to go out of your comfort zone and try the cold bath by yourself! Benefits of winter swimming are incredible. I really think everybody should try it at least once in their life.
