Chinese President Xi Jinping says the upgrade of China-Belarus relations to what's called an "all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership" injects strong impetus to the cooperation between the two countries in various fields. His counterpart added that China is the mainstay of safeguarding world peace, and Belarus is willing to strengthen cooperation with China on major international and regional issues and work together to maintain security and stability.
