The world is slowly coming back to normal and countries are reopening their borders to vaccinated travelers: https://www.travelinglifestyle.net/countries-open-for-vaccinated-tourists-all-you-need-to-know/

Most of them will no longer require quarantine or proof of COVID-19 testing. Therefore, we can say that traveling is coming back to normal. But slowly :)

The list includes: Cyprus, Georgia, Iceland, Lebanon, Poland, Romania, Seychelles, and other upcoming ones, such as Thailand, Taiwan or Hawaii.

The first 7 countries already officially announced and approved the vaccinated travelers. The others on the list are in the consideration/approval process.
