Travelling in a post Covid-19 world in Poland. An insight into 3 Polish Airports
In June, Poland was beginning to emerge from the Covid-19 lockdown. After weeks of no flights at all, a small number of domestic flights connected some major Polish cities. I took a rather unusual flight routing from Warsaw to Kraków via Gdańsk. The change in the overall airport experience was striking! Gone were the endless queues and crowded terminals. Replaced by sterile, almost empty terminal buildings, hand sanitisers and face masks.
Will aviation ever be the same?
