Crimea's Kremlin-backed authorities have confirmed that the Black Sea peninsula's tourism industry has collapsed. The self-styled leader of Crimea Sergey Aksionov said that visitor numbers were far below the 'optimal level.' Aksionov blamed the drop on Ukraine's decision to shut down the railway from mainland Ukraine.
