Hola Amigos! Como es Phat? We arrive in Santiago, the capital of Chile. Their flag is similar to Texas, but is it also Phat? Why yes, it is! We arrive on a red eye flight and hit the ground running. We smell fish at the Mercado Central, eat Chilean empanadas at Emporio Zunino, polish off some Mote con Huesillo, check out some muiy importante buildings, get served some coffee by Senoras in revealing attire at Cafe Caribe, climb up to Castillo Hidalgo, and close out the day drinking Pisco and Pisco sours at the Chipe Libre - Républica Independiente del Pisco.
