Beautiful granite canyons line the Hirskyi Tikych river in the village of Buky in Cherkasy Oblast, some 200 kilometers south of Kyiv.

Beyond the stunning scenery, Buky Canyon offers visitors an array of outdoor activities. There’s rock climbing and cliff jumping for the more adventurous visitor. For those that prefer to relax, swimming and rafting are also available. Some overnight visitors camp out along the banks of the Hirskyi Tikych river or in designated areas in the village.
