Hirudotherapy, or leech therapy has been around for thousands of years. Alternative therapies like this don’t exist where I’m from in Canada, and I was always fascinated by the idea of purposely letting these worms suck your blood as a treatment.

I find Joanna Drozdowska, a Hirudotherapist in Kraków Poland, to give me an introduction.
