EdRED was a popular and respected restaurant, but like all restaurants faced challenges caused by the pandemic / lockdowns and drop in tourism. They came up with a creative way to survive - canning their meals and selling them online. Restaurant quality meals in tins! It has proved successful and the food is amazing! We tried eight of their different meals in tins at home and paid them a visit, where they showed us around what was the restaurant and now is a production line.
