A meeting of ice water lovers on the North Sea in the Netherlands.
What awaits you? Joint training, body warm-up, breathing exercises according to the Wim Hof Method, swimming in the sea. ????‍♂️????‍♀️❄????
We will take joint photos and video as a souvenir.????????
A fundraiser for WOSP (Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy) will take place at this event.????
What is WOSP?
The main role of the non-profit organization is to support public health in Poland. We achieve this goal by purchasing state-of-the-art equipment for Polish hospitals and clinics.❤
