Is Kharkiv the Open Paradise I was Hoping For? ???????? (Kharkov, Ukraine)

After a month in Kiev, with everything being closed for the past few weeks during red zone lock down, enough was enough. Sure, there were still few restaurants open illegally, but Kharkov, the second big city, just a 4.5 hour train ride away was completely open. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, nightclubs, everything was legally open still. Plus as a huge bonus, my friend's Engin and Elena were there.

So after over two years later, I return to the student capital of Ukraine, Kharkiv, also known as Kharkov. I wrote about my first experience here: https://www.johnnyfd.com/2019/06/kharkiv-ukraine-for-digital-nomads.html
