According to Ukrainian criteria, Ukraine is green now, which means most of the restrictions are lifted in the country. What are the entry rules as of today, 18th of June 2021?

PS However for EU Ukraine is not yet included into the list of third countries for which COVID-19 travel restrictions should be lifted:

Citizens of India are now allowed to enter Ukraine.
