New entry rules for Ukraine start in June 2021:
- No test needed for vaccinated visitors (you need to provide a document to prove it in English) 
- A PCR or rapid test result for not vaccinated visitors (the test should be done 72 hours before arrival or less)
- All visitors need travel insurance (you can buy online here: https://visitukraine.today/ )

In Ukraine nightclubs, bars, pubs, restaurants, etc are allowed to work around the clock, 24/7.
