BBQ is also known as Barbecue or Barbeque among English speakers. We four friends came here to the Kodak fortress,Dnipro River, Europe, one of the longest beautiful river in Denipro city of Ukraine for a BBQ party. I decided to go as above as I can to view the full site of the river and there near environment while the barbecue was prepared by my friends behind.

Dnipro River pronounced as “nee·puh ri·vuh” is one of the most important rivers of Europe, originates withinside the Valdai Hills close to Smolensk, Russia, earlier than flowing thru Belarus and Ukraine to the Black Sea. It is the longest river of Ukraine and Belarus and the fourth-longest river in Europe, after Volga, Danube and Ural. The overall length is about 2,200 km (1,400 mi) with a drainage basin of 504,000 sq kilometers (195,000 sq mi). Archaeologically, the river became an essential barrier, dividing Ukraine into right and left banks. Nowadays, the river is recognized for its dams and hydroelectric stations. The Dnieper is an essential navigable waterway for the economic system of Ukraine and is attached thru the Dnieper–Bug Canal to different waterways in Europe.

1 kg chicken skinless (bone or boneless)
Add BBQ chicken Tikka masala or (BBQ sauce),
Add ½ kg yogurt and 3 lemons juice
Spices(as per taste)e.g. blake paper, chilli flakes (optional)
Marinade 2 hrs. at least
Olive oil for topping (apply it during preparation phase) optimal
