Today we are at Swieradow-Zdroj in Poland. Place where you come to recover and make yourself feel better by drinking special spring , healing waters.We are also trying cheese called "oscypek " made by highlanders of Tatras mountains. It' s very smoky , quite salty cheese made of sheep's milk.
