There is a plus and minus to traveling off season.
Join me on a trip from the east-bulgarian city of Varna to one of the most picturesque and beautiful little towns in the country - Nesebar.
We will take a bus from the Varna bus station to Slanchev Bryag (Sunny Beach) and then have a nice hour-long walk through the abandoned resort town, marschlands and an empty beach all the way to the medieval town of Nesebar.
Being one of the country's UNESCO World Heritage landmarks, I am sure it cannot dissapoint us.
But the thing is - we are here off-season, so we have this beauty all to ourselves. Is it better than in summer? What is different? And what are the disadvantages?
