Hello. This is Simply Travel International.
We have important news for you about new requirements for entering Ukraine.
From March 24, 2021, foreign citizens who would like to visit Ukraine do not need to install app Dii Vdoma. To enter Ukraine foreign citizens, without exception, regardless of the country of arrival must have a health insurance certificate issued by an insurance company registered in Ukraine that covers the costs related to the treatment of COVID-19, and is valid during the whole period of staying in Ukraine.
As well as a negative result of PCR test that was done no more than 72 hours before crossing the state border. The test is not necessary for children under 12 years.

For foreign citizens, there is no possibility to do the PCR test in Ukraine or go for self-isolation. In the absence of a test and/or insurance policy the border crossing for entry or transit will be denied.

Also, certificate of antibodies to COVID-19 or a vaccination certificate does not exempt a person from the need to have a negative PCR test before crossing border of Ukraine.
