According to these news articles below, the Philippines has allowed faster entry for those countries on its "Green Country" list. This does not include tourism, nor does it include many countries in the Western World. I wanted to put out this video to clarify the mistake made in the Phil Star that "Green" and "Yellow" countries were included in the new procedures as discussed in my last video.
