Olivia Star is 180 meters high (156 meters reaches the highest elevation point), which makes it the tallest Tricity building and places it in the lead of the tallest buildings in Poland.

The highest floors of Olivia Star are publicly available. There are, among others, an outdoor terrace, gallery, restaurant, cafes, conference center. The top floor, designed for business meetings, can accommodate 400 people.

From the top floor of the building, located more than 150 meters above the ground, you can see: the Gulf of Gdansk, Klif Orłowski in Gdynia, the port of Gdynia, the port of Gdańsk, the pier in Sopot, the Hel Peninsula, the Tri-City Landscape Park.

The real estate was designed by BJK Architekci, its general contractor is the company Pekabex, and the investor - the company Olivia Business Center.

According to the investor, Olivia Star is one of the most modern high-rise buildings in Poland and one of several buildings in the country with a triple glazed facade. Tilting fragments of the facade will allow you to ventilate each room individually with fresh air.
