What is seasonal work permit ?
#poland seasonal work permit has been started since 1 January 2018, seasonal work in Poland can be taken up by foreigners agriculture, horticulture and tourism. Poland seasonal work permit is a S-type permit.A seasonal work permit for a foreigner is issued based on the application of the entity entrusting work to a foreigner.
The employer applies for a seasonal work permit to a Poviat Labour Office.
A seasonal work permit is issued for no more than 9 months in a calendar year.
