Hey guys, I'm back on recording videos after a break.

Nofap streaks have been poor in quarantine and habits have slipped. I'm back on to staying committed and sharing this journey with you.

The channel will continue to focus on helping men take on winning habits, stay happy, healthy and feeling alive.

I left my family house in the UK to live in Warsaw, Poland for a while as I had the chance. It's a great place to plant myself for a while as I work on my teaching and coaching business.

I'll be back with more videos, so make sure you're subbed.
