LVIV CROISSANTS | Why are we eating a breakfast croissant in Ukraine? There’s a fascinating story about the connection between French croissants and Ukraine! Watch to find out more — and to drool over the delicious croissant sandwiches at Lviv Croissants.

RYNOK SQUARE | The most famous square in the city of Lviv! It’s gorgeous — see for yourself.

OBSERVATION TOWER AT LVIV CITY HALL | The best view of the city is worth climbing 300-ish stairs.

ITALIAN COURTYARD | Why did we visit an Italian Courtyard (complete with Italian espresso) in Lviv, Ukraine? Well, just because it’s pretty. ????

PHARMACY MUSEUM | We’re not museum people, but this museum had so.many.interesting things. Wait for the moment in the basement when Jana gets scared ????

PUZATA KHATA LUNCH | Flashback to eating lunch in the school cafeteria...except this is WAY better! Puzata Khata restaurant is an affordable way to taste traditional Ukrainian food on a budget. (And if you’re looking for foodie things to do in Lviv, start here!)

ARKHIVNA STREET | The street with an identity crisis — seriously! Watch our episode to find out why this Lviv street gets a new name every single year. (By the way, can you imagine living on this road and having to memorize a new address every 365 days?)

LVIV HANDMADE CHOCOLATE | Chocolate lovers unite! Don’t skip this place! It’s a chocolate factory that produces dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate – and pretty much every kind of handmade chocolate that you could imagine!

DRUNKEN CHERRY LIQUOR | Even if you don’t like cherries, this cherry liquor is worth a taste. It’s oh-so-delicious but not too sweet. (By the way, this would pair well with chocolate!)

FLAMING COFFEE | Put on your hard hat and descend into the cavernous coffee mine for a flaming coffee. This is one of the best things to do in Lviv — even if you don’t like coffee (like Jana).

IVAN FRANKO PARK | This greenspace beside the city is a nice, quiet refuge from the noise. You’ll find plenty of locals here, and of course pigeons as well.

KRYIVKA UNDERGROUND BAR | Shhh, it’s a secret! This secret underground restaurant requires a password to enter. And it’s totally worth the visit for the special sights on the way out...don’t skip the motorcycle, flying car, and machine gun on the roof.

MOST EXPENSIVE GALICIAN RESTAURANT | Expensive? Absolutely! Until you give yourself a 90% discount off the bill. Tip #1: The duck is fantastic. Tip #2: Visit the bathroom. Trust me. Tip #3: Eye spy the flying car.
