Wielka Siklawa or Siklawa Wodospad is one of the better known waterfalls in Poland and is located south of Lysa Polana (Zakopane) in the region Małopolskie. Siklawa is the highest waterfall in Poland and is located in the Roztoki Valley. Origin of the waterfall lies at lake Wielki Staw (one of the most famous mountain lake in the Polish Tatry mountain range).

The Valley of Five Polish Ponds is one of the most valuable areas of the Tatra National Park. The original landscape is created by numerous postglacial forms, such as the ponds which the valley owes its name to. The largest of them – Wielki Staw (Great Pond) – is the longest and deepest lake in the whole mountain chain. During the hike, you will pass by the impressive Siklawa – a large waterfall (70 meters high). We will also reach the highest situated shelter in Poland (1670 m above sea level)
