The Mount Giewont hike is a popular hike from Zakopane in the Tatra mountains of Poland. The mountain looks over the city and is easily recognised with its huge cross on top. It is a symbol of Zakopane and the cross appear on the city's emblem.

You can easily hike the mountain in a day trip from Zakopane. This video shows you how it can be done.
