We left the mountains of Tatra National Park behind and traveled northward to Poland’s capital city, Warsaw. Here we joined a walking tour to learn some of the heart-breaking and tumultuous history that this city has been through and to experience what the UNESCO World Heritage city looks like today.

NOTE: My mum is fully vaccinated and I had a negative COVID-19 test before entering Poland, as per current requirements.
