In this week's vlog, we share our time spent in Krakow, Poland... and let us tell you, it was one we will never forget! From delicious food to a much-needed re-introduction, we dive deep in this video... like couple hundred kilometers underground deep!

Of course, we hit up a food tour! Polish vodka, Pierogis, Potato Pancakes (Placki Ziemniaczane), kompot and so much more! We LOVE our food tours now and can't pass up on the opportunity to try the local cuisine! HOWEVER, with this trip, we went even bigger and better! We took a pierogi-making class and holy cow are we glad we did! So much fun learning how to cook a traditional meal from a local, an absolute treat!

Additionally, we spent a weekend at Auschwitz and Birkenau. While an incredibly somber and heart-wrenching time, we are very glad we went. An absolute must-do if you are anywhere near Krakow. History books and movies do not depict the atrocities from the Holocaust in the same way as walking through the camp yourself.

Another thing you have to see if you are in this amazing city is the infamous Wieliczka Salt Mine. Not only do you travel some 240+ kilometers beneath the Earth, you see unbelievable caverns, temples, chandeliers, all crafted from salt. Honestly, we had no idea salt could be so impressive, we stand corrected, and we aren't even salty about it!
