A report shows that Spain's decision to reject EU regulations on virus recovery certificates posed a risk to the country's tourist resorts. Spain is isolating itself as it is hated by the British.
Members of the Brussels bloc turned around when they agreed to new rules based on a passenger's vaccination status or recovery. This move is considered an attempt to save the EU's disastrous tourism industry. However, Spain still wanted to remain poor.
The travel sector is welcoming the move and the NHS app will soon be updated to allow proof of vaccination status.
