The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival, an annual celebration of epicurean delights by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, returned to the Central Harbourfront Event Space for four days from 26 to 29 October 2023...

This year the al fresco event featured over 300 wine and food booths from 36 countries and regions, with highlights including classic wines from France, Australia and Italy, as well as choice selections from Moldova, Finland and Thailand. The event also covered trending selections such as low-alcohol drinks for the younger crowd, as well as Chinese wines and spirits from Ningxia, Yunnan and Shandong that are making waves globally. Furthermore, nearly 100 food stalls served up delectable local snacks and dishes from across 17 countries, which made for an unforgettable feast set against the Victoria Harbour skyline...

At dusk, an award-wining bartendering performance kicked off the Sunset Tasting, which invited visitors to sample specially selected wines paired with the mesmerising colours of the sunset sky. As night fell, the stage continued to present a feast for the eyes, ears and mind with jazz and classical songs performed by international and local singers...

The new Tasting Theatre also saw guests sign up for 17 themed workshops by star chefs and sommeliers, and a range of family activities and interactive experiences.
