4K INCREDIBLE VIEWPOINTS in Portugal: Talegre and Baloiço do Sobreiro - Trás-os-Montes [4K 60fps]

Be amazed by two of Portugal's most stunning viewpoints (miradouros, in Portuguese), in the region of Trás-os-Montes, Portugal. Both viewpoints of Miradouro de Talegre and Baloiço do Sobreiro are close to the village of Castedo, and overlook the majestic valley of the Sabor river.
The first one we will see (and feel!) on this Zen Walk is Baloiço do Sobreiro, a panoramic swing hung from a beautiful oak tree. The vistas are absolutely stunning, and you will get to ride this breathtaking swing with me :)
The second viewpoint is Miradouro do Talegre, a few meters from the Baloiço do Sobreiro, where we will stop for another meditational moment, absorbing all the incredible vistas over the immense valley.
Before getting to these fabulous sites, I'll take you on a very soothing and relaxing walk, which becomes more and more panoramic as we approach these very special "miradouros".
As usual on special Zen Walks, no one was around during all the walk. Sit back, relax and enjoy the walk unfold before you, while listening to ASMR sounds of footsteps, birds, insects, and distant dogs.

Far north in a mountainous area of the country, Trás-os-Montes was known for being difficult to get to, with sinuous roads and hours of travel to withstand. In recent years, roads have been redesigned, and highways have been constructed, making this area much more accessible to visitors. Its beauty is quite surprising, with its stunning mountains and rivers - Douro River is one of them, creating what is know as the Douro Wine Region Valley, where steeply sloping terraced vineyards cover some 24,600 ha (UNESCO - Alto Douro Wine Region).
