Em 2019, a Feira de Santa Iria decorre, entre 18 e 27 de Outubro, como é hábito no Largo de São Francisco.
A Feira de Santa Iria remonta ao séc. XVI, sendo uma das feiras mais antigas e tradicionais do Algarve. De acordo com alguns historiadores, esta feira data de 1596, quando o rei D. Filipe I, a fim de estimular a economia, isentou de impostos os mercadores que se deslocassem a Faro.
O nome de Santa Iria é associado a esta feira devido ao facto da data da sua realização ter sido marcada para o Dia de Santa Iria (20 de Outubro).
Nesta feira podemos encontrar artesanato, vestuário, gastronomia, máquinas agrícolas, brinquedos e carrocéis.
